| Private Limited Company: | a) Certified Copy of Memorandum and Article of Association as amended up-to date, b) Certified copy of Certificate of incorporation, c) Resolution of the Board of Directors authorizing to opening of account and naming the persons authorized to operate it. |
| Trust : | a) Copy of Trust / incorporation deed, b) Resolution adopted by the Trust authorizing to opening of account and naming the persons authorized to operate it. |
| Club/Association/Society: | a) Certified copy of Constitution /bye-laws/Rules and regulations / Memorandum and Article of Association, b)Certified copy of Registration Certificate issued by Registrar of societies, c) Certified Copy of Certificate of commencement of Business, d) Certified copy of the Resolution duly adopted by the Board of directors of the Club / Association / Society / trust. |
